Oh, be careful with the amount of garlic you use in this dip — and warn your guests — but if you love garlic, then this recipe is for you.
2 – 4 cloves of garlic, depending on your level of garlic love
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Mince garlic as fine as you can, mix in with the cheese and mayonnaise. Refrigerate for about an hour. Serve with crackers.
